About Band & Tour Merch Printing
We print merchandise for bands, artists, tours and live events. Printing, embroidery, finishing, stock holding and fulfilment all happen in-house at our Leicester site, so a merch run is handled as one job rather than passed between suppliers.
There is no minimum on our digital and Print On Demand® work, and screen printing starts at 25 pieces per design, so you can sample a design before scaling it to a full tour run.
For artists, labels and management. From a single design through to a full range across a longer tour, with artwork prepared in-house and your files kept confidential.
For merch companies, promoters and tour partners. We produce for partners supplying their own clients, and can print on garments you supply.
What We Can Print
Garments and products. T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags and more. Ask us about anything specific for a tour range.
Print and decoration. Screen printing up to 24 colours, digital direct-to-garment, hybrid, sublimation, transfer, embroidery and appliqué, plus metallic and puff finishes.
Beyond apparel. Our printed media service covers the rest of the merch table.
How It Works
- Enquiry and quote. Send your tour dates, garments, rough quantities and delivery deadline, and we will come back with the methods we recommend and a price.
- Artwork. Supply AI, PSD, PDF, PNG or EPS files, vector preferred for screen printing. Our design team can prepare them if needed.
- Approval. Production is scheduled once artwork is approved and payment is made, with a standard turnaround of 5 to 10 working days.
- Production and finishing. Your range is produced and finished ready for sale.
- Delivery or collection. Delivered to you, collected from Leicester, held under stock inventory management, or shipped to fans through Print On Demand® and dropshipping.
